Description
The eighth card in the major arcana is The Chariot, no. 7.
I chose Nidhogg for the Chariot because, supposedly, when the World Tree Yggdrasil dies, Ragnarok will begin, and it is Nidhogg who gnaws on it's lowest root, killing it. Thus I felt it appropriate as a chariot ushers in people, so does Nidhogg usher in the end of era of the Aesir.
Nidhogg is sometimes described as a serpent, and at other times, a dragon. Being that Helheim is already filled with more serpents than anyone can count, I chose to make Nidhogg a dragon, instead of a mere serpent. XDD
The card itself is made of ash wood. The darker ash for the main body of the card is an overlaid stain. The character is painted on parchment. Everything was done in PS. (Check my s for the resources.)

The next card will be released Aug. 27th.

Woah, that's an interesting choice for Chariot. But, to my opinion, it needs the contrast of black and white, night and day - balance of both seems very prominent in this card.
